Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report & Accounts
Clean Air Power, the developer of Dual-Fuel™ combustion technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on a combination of diesel and natural gas, announces that the Company's 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 17 June 2008 in Amsterdam.
The formal Notice of AGM along with the Company's Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 have been published and posted to all shareholders of the Company.
Copies of both documents, along with Forms of Proxy and Direction, will be available on the Company's website www.cleanairpower.com from 9 a.m. today.
