NOTICE OF THE COMPANY'S 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

GPG announces that its AGM will be held on 23 May 2013 at Level 4 Lounge, Gate G South Stand, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand at 9.30 a.m. (Auckland time). The Notice of AGM has today been posted to shareholders and has been placed on the Company's website at www.gpgplc.com.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
