Micro Focus International plc (the "Company") announces it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2019 ("2019 AGM Notice") and the form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. 

The 2019 AGM Notice is also available on the Company's website at www.microfocus.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 March 2019 at 10am (UK time) at the Company's offices at The Lawn, 22-30 Old Bath Road, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 1QN, United Kingdom.
