Notice of AGM & Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of 'at-home' and clinically proven treatments for hair loss, hair care, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation, announces that that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at the Westminster Room, Grosvenor House Hotel, 86-90 Park Lane, London, W1K 7TN, United Kingdom on 15 December 2016 at 9am (GMT).
