Notice of AGM & Posting of Annual Report
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2018 (the "Annual Report") have today been posted to shareholders.
The Company also announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Charter Place, 23-27 Seaton Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1JY on 20 September 2018 at 10.30 a.m. (UK).
