Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its nineteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at its registered office of IFC 1, The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 4BP on 4 December 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

The AGM Notice, together with the Company's 2025 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements (the 2025 Annual Accounts) had been circulated to shareholders on 8 October 2025, copies of which are available on the Company's website at: https://ncim.co.uk/cqs-new-city-high-yield-fund-ltd/.

Copies are also available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, which is also available on the Company's website, and to contact the Board via our Company Secretary using the below contact details, with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or any adjournment thereof.
