Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company will today publish on its website the 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('2019 AGM Notice').

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 3 May 2019 at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel, Winkfield Road, Windsor, SL4 4AY, commencing at 11.00am.

The 2019 AGM Notice together with the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts for the Company will today be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 the 2019 AGM Notice will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection. It will also be available to view on the Company's website at www.merlinentertainments.biz/shareholder-meetings.
