Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011

The Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011 has been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 1 July 2011 at The East Midlands Conference Centre, University Park, Nottingham NG7 2RJ.

Copies of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011, together with the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2011 and Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement 2011 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the Financial Services Authority's National Storage Mechanism located at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
