Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2011 Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011, together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting are now available to download from the Company's website at www.empyreanenergy.com and have been sent to shareholders.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 24 June 2011 at the Royal Institution of Great Britain, 21 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4BS.
