Notice of Annual General Meeting
Uranium Resources, the AIM listed uranium exploration and development company, has today posted a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('the AGM') to shareholders, scheduled to be held at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, 5th Floor, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG on Monday 14 December 2009 at 11am. Copies of the notice of the AGM will also be available from the Company's website.
