8 May 2009 Source BioScience plc ('Source BioScience' or 'the Company') Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Source BioScience announces that its 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered offices, 1 Orchard Place, Nottingham Business Park, Nottingham NG8 6PX at 10.30 am on 4 June 2009. Formal notice of this meeting has been posted to shareholders together with a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2008, a copy of which can be downloaded from the Source BioScience website.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2008 have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
