IG Design Group plc, one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers of celebrations, craft, gifting, stationery and creative play products, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting has been published and posted to shareholders, and is available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's corporate website at  www.thedesigngroup.com/investors/reports-presentations/.

The Company is keen to welcome shareholders in person to this year's AGM which will take place on Monday 20 September 2021 at 11.00 a.m. at Howard House, Howard Way, Interchange Park, Newport Pagnell MK16 9PX, UK. The Company aims to welcome the maximum number of shareholders it is able to within safety constraints and in accordance with government guidelines in force at that time. However, given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, the Company will adapt these arrangements efficiently to respond to changes in circumstances. On this basis, should the situation change the Company will hold a closed meeting which will comprise the formal business part of the meeting only with notification provided by an RNS announcement, posting an update on the Company website and by placing an advertisement in at least one newspaper with a national circulation.

Given the ongoing uncertainty the Board requests that shareholders appoint a proxy and provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.
