Digital Barriers plc (LSE AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of products and services to the homeland security market is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the thirteen months ended 31 March 2011 ("Annual Report") has been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the registered office of the Company: Enterprise House, 1-2 Hatfields, London, SE1 9PG, on 20 July 2011 at 2.00pm.
