Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")/Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
SNR announces that the AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 11.30 am on 23 September 2009 at 5th Floor, Prince Consort House, 27-29 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TJ. A number of resolutions, set out in the Notice of AGM, will be put to shareholders.
Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 February 2009 ('Annual Report and Accounts'), the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form have been posted to Shareholders.
Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form may be requested directly from the Company. The documents are also available on the Company's website, www.snrplc.co.uk.
