Minoan Group Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 30 April 2019 at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4ES.
The Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 October 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be available on the Company's website today and will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive hard copy communication from the Company.
