At the AGM John Gunn and Ian Macintosh will stand down as Non ExecutiveDirectors. Colin Besant will move from Executive Chairman to Non ExecutiveChairman and Jim Stacey will move from Executive Deputy Chairman to become a NonExecutive Director.
