The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at held at the offices of Greencoat Capital LLP, 3rd Floor, Burdett House, 15-16 Buckingham Street, London, WC2N 6DU at 2.00 p.m. on 26 April 2019.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website http://www.greencoat-ukwind.com.
