NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Tritax EuroBox plc (tickers: EBOX (Sterling), BOXE (Euro)) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10 February 2022 at 10.00 am at Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
1. Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting;
2. Form of Proxy; and
3. 2021 Annual Report.
The above documents have been posted to Shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.tritaxeurobox.co.uk.
As of today's date, the Company has 806,803,984 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
The Board is closely monitoring the latest government guidelines relating to COVID-19, and, whilst it is currently expected that there will be no restrictions on social contact at the time of the AGM, Shareholders should carefully consider whether or not it is appropriate to attend the AGM. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to exercise their voting rights by completing and submitting a Form of Proxy in advance of the meeting.
