Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and retailer, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("2025 Annual Report") with the notice of its 2026 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), are available to download from the Company's website at https://www.ramsdensplc.com/ and have been sent to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at Unit 16 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton on Tees, TS18 3TS on Monday 9 March 2026 at 10am.
