The Share Transfer Books of the Company will, therefore, remainclosed from September 21, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) forthe purpose of attendance in the AGM and to determine the entitlement of theFinal Dividend, if any declared by the Company at the time of consideration ofannual accounts for the year 2006-07.
