Mobile Streams announces that the Company's 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held at Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP on Friday 28 December 2012 at 11.30am.

Copies of the AGM Notice and Form of Proxy have been mailed to all registered shareholders and are available for viewing on the Company's website, www.mobilestreams.com/investors. The 2012 Annual Report and Accounts will be mailed to all registered shareholders in due course when a further announcement will be made.
