NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2014 have been posted to shareholders today. 

The 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 8 September 2014 at 11.30am.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice and the Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
