Notice of AGM

United Carpets Group plc (LSE: UCG), the third largest chain of specialist retail carpet and floor covering stores in the UK, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday 16 December 2020 at 12:00 noon. Due to COVID-19 the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will be prevented from attending the AGM in person. A Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders.
