AGM Notification

KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "AVANGARDCO IPL"), the largest producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine and number one producer in Eurasia, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held at Sсhorsa Street 7/9, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, at 12:00 noon, local time, on Friday, September 14, 2012.

The Board of Directors of the Company is seeking the approval of shareholders to consider and vote upon:

·; the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011;

·; the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011;

·; the re-appointment of KPMG Limited, the auditors of the Company, and the authorization of the Directors to determine their remuneration.
