Following the release by the Company on 28 June 2018 of the Company's Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 31 March 2018, the Company announces that it has today published the following shareholder documents:
· Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2018
· Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy for the 2018 Annual General Meeting
These documents are available on the Company's website at www.xpsgroup.com and printed copies will be posted to shareholders today. Copies have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 13 September 2018 at Phoenix House, 1 Station Hill, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NB.
