In advance of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2013 at 10am (Sydney time), the Company notifies shareholders that an Explanatory Memorandum is now available on the Company's website, http://www.ifml.com/ifl/investor_centre/.
The meeting will be held at Level 27, AMP Centre, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
