GPG announces that its AGM will be held on 22 May 2014 at Buchanan, Level 3, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN at 2 p.m. The Notice of AGM has today been posted to shareholders and has been placed on the Company's website at www.gpgplc.com.

A copy of the Notice of AGM has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
