Fairpoint Group plc ("Fairpoint" or "the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 are available at the Fairpoint website www.fairpoint.co.uk. The notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 11.00am on 9 June 2014 at the offices of Eversheds, 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS, is also available on the website.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on or around 7 May 2014.
