Further to the Company's results announcement dated 24 December 2021, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Report for the year ended 30 September 2021 have been posted to shareholders.

The Company also announces that it has also posted a notice and proxy to shareholders providing details of the forthcoming AGM to be held at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 18 March 2022 at 10am.

Copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
