Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Beazley plc is pleased to announce that it is posting its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 to shareholders today, together with Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 3.30pm on 22 April 2026 at 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2025, Notice of the Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy and the amended Long Term Incentive Plan rules will shortly be available for inspection in the National Storage Mechanism.
