The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at St Pierre Park Hotel, Rohais, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1FD on Thursday 30 June 2016 at 10.30 a.m.

The following documents have been posted to shareholders:

· Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting/Shareholder Circular

· Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting
