The board of Webis announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company for the financial year ended 29 May 2011 will be held at The Claremont Hotel, 18/19 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, on 28 October 2011 at 11.00 a.m.
