MITIE Group PLC - Notice of annual general meeting
MITIE Group PLC gives notice that the annual general meeting will be held at The Merchants' Hall, The Promenade, Clifton Down, Bristol on 31 July 2008.
The notice convening the meeting has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's document viewing facility.
The notice is also available on the MITIE Group PLC website www.mitie.co.uk
MITIE Group PLC will be releasing its interim management statement for the period to 30 June 2008 on 31 July 2008.
