IGas Energy Plc (AIM:IGAS:L) today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders A copy of both the Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts are available online at the Company's website www.igasplc.com.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10:30am on 20 June 2011 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW.
