PMG, the AIM quoted sports, entertainment and media agency, announces that a Notice has been sent to Shareholders to convene the 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 31 July 2013 at Parallel Media Group Office, 10 Peterborough Mews, London SW6 3BL.

Copies of the Notice are available from the Company's registered office at 10 Peterborough Mews, London SW6 3BL until the date of the AGM. The Notice will also be available for download from the Company's website www.parallelmediagroup.com.
