POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy, have been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website: http://www.p2pgi.com/ and they have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 11:30 a.m. on 29 June 2017 at RSA House, 8 John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6EZ.
