Atlantic Coal plc, the AIM listed open cast coal production and processing company, announces that the Annual General Meeting relating to the year ended 31 December 2007 will be held at the London Marriot Hotel Park Lane, 140 Park Lane, London W1K 7AA at 9:30 am on Thursday, 14 August 2008.
The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be posted to the shareholders today.
The Notice of Meeting and proxy card will be posted with the annual report and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.atlanticcoal.com.
