Notice of AGM

SerVision (AIM: SEV), the AIM quoted developer and manufacturer of digital security systems, announces that the Notice of an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, to be held at the offices of Adams & Remers LLP at Commonwealth House, 55-58 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5JH at 11.00 a.m. on 24 August 2017, has today been posted to shareholders and will be available shortly from the Company's website: www.servision.net. 

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM and include a resolution for the Company to adopt new articles of association ("New Articles"). In all material aspects the New Articles will not change the rights of shareholders or the rights attaching to the holders of shares. A copy of the proposed New Articles will be available shortly for inspection at www.servision.net and may be inspected at the offices of Adams & Remers LLP, Commonwealth House, 55-58 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JH during normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted) until the date of the AGM.
