Arden Partners plc (LSE: ARDN) announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") will be held at 11.00am on 19 March 2015 at the Company's offices at 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 October 2014 have previously been distributed and are available on the Company's website at www.arden-partners.co.uk.
