Annual Report and Accounts 2017 and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
Following the announcement on 30 April 2018 of its Annual Financial Report for the year ended31 December 2017, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2017.
The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 3.00 pm on Tuesday19 June 2018 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2017 and the Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at http://rangerdirectlending.com. They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/NSM.
Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2018 Annual General Meeting, are being posted or made available to the Company's Shareholders today.
