Xchanging plc announces that the 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at Xchanging, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AQ on Tuesday 13 May 2014 at 9:30 a.m.

The Notice of AGM and the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.xchanging.com/investors/shareholder-services/agm-information.
