Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at 10:30 am at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP at 20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT.

 

The Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website at https://www.regionalreit.com/. Notification of the Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders today.

 

If there are any changes to the arrangements of the AGM, as early as possible and before the date of the AGM, we will notify shareholders via a Regulatory News Service announcement and through the Company's website. 

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be submitted to the FCA via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for public inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
