Polo Resources (AIM and TSX: POL), announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Shareholders is to be held on 30 January 2013 at 10.00 a.m. CET (9.00 a.m. GMT) at 120, St Ursula Street, Valletta, VLT 1236, Malta.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012, together with the Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders in due course.
