AGM Notification
Kyiv, Ukraine - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "AVANGARDCO IPL"), the largest producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine and number one producer in Eurasia, announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM") will be held at Leoforos Spyrou Kyprianou 67,KYRIAKIDES BUSINESS CENTER, 4003, Limassol, Cyprus at 09:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, 30 of September 2014.
The Board of Directors of the Company is seeking the approval of shareholders to consider and vote upon:
· the reports of the Directors and Auditors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2013;
· the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2013;
· reappointment of and the fixing of the remuneration of the statutory auditors;
· ratification of dividend payments according to the results of the year ended 31 December 2013.
