Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

Proxama PLC (AIM: PROX), the international mobile commerce company specialising in proximity marketing and provider of end-to-end payment solutions for card issuers, announces that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was posted to shareholders on Wednesday 3 June 2015.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 30 June 2015 at 11.00am at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 15 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP.
