Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on 31 December 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at Kiriakos Matsis 16, Ag Omologites, Nicosia, Cyprus.
