The Directors of Impax announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015 including notice of the Company's AGM were posted yesterday to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, Norfolk House, 31 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JR at 11.00am on 3 March 2016.
