AGM Statement

CSF Group plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at CSF Computer Exchange 5 (CX5), Jalan Cyber Point 2, Cyber 12, 63000, Cyberjaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia on Tuesday, 13 October, 2015 at 3.00 pm (Malaysian Time) / 8.00 am London time.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy can be obtained from the Company's website: www.csf-group.com. Hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy have been sent to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website in accordance with AIM rule 20.
