The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30a.m. on 2 July 2010 at the Queen Elizabeth ll Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.

Copies of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010, together with the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2010, the Annual Review and Summary Financial Statement 2010 and the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at its Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
