Circle Property Plc (AIM: CRC), a specialist regional UK property investment, development and management company today announces that the Company's Report and Accounts for the period from 4 December 2015 to 31 March 2016 and Notice of the AGM have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website, www.circleproperty.co.uk
The Company's inaugural AGM will be held at 3rd Floor, Standard Bank House, 47-49 La Motte Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4SZ on 21 September 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Doors open at 2:15 p.m.
